*SPARK for LIFE*
=> Life is too short to have stress, problems, worry, ego,
hatred, anger,frustration. Instead of living life to the fullest, many of
them spend their lives in all form of ill thoughts and feeling for
themselves and others. Instead how about spending a few minutes,
on the SPARK for LIFE. The five simple tips will help you creating a stress free and
rejuvenating life.
*1.. Smile:* Smile is one of the most simple tools for
creating a stress free life. No tension, no worry – they say don't
worry be happy.
*2.. Plan you Life:* For a 7 days of Picnic we plan so much
and for so many things, but for an average 70 years of picnic on this planet
earth we, most of the time do not have a plan. So to enjoy Life – King
Size Plan your Life.
*3.. Argue Less:* Many of them spent their life on
arguments and useless issues which really matter least to them.
They spend their lives and energies on trivial things. Argue, but in
debates to prove your point not to be adamant about your point.
*4.. Relax More:* Relaxation is the best form of recharging
your physical and mental faculties. 20 minutes of relaxation a day will
help you to get refreshed and feel wonderful. It will sound as if your
battery has been recharged.
*5.. Kindness:* Be kind to yourself and to others. Do not
exert yourself too much. Neither have high expectations from others.
The attitude of gratitude and be thankful always helps. Believe in the
abundance the universe has, and that there is enough for everyone out here.
